Dark-Chocolate Tea Biscuits Packaged and Hung on a Tree

Fold a strip of cardstock.  Staple the top of the tea biscuit bag to to inside of the folded cardstock.  Use double-stick tape to secure top of folded cardstock to the back.  Cut a hole for the ribbon.  String the ribbon through and knot at the top.
